Belanja Suka Suka (BSS) / Spend Freely and Happily is an internal activation campaign for PT. Trans Retail Indonesia in order to boost revenue within the company after giving out the mandatory Tunjungan Hari Raya Keagamaan (THR) / Religious Holiday Allowance for Eid. THR is often used by Indonesians to prepare for the upcoming Hari Raya, purchasing a wide variety of products ranging from food items, electronics, furniture and clothes.
Our team was tasked to assist HR on coming up with a creative campaign to promote a one-day 20% off all expenditures for all associates within the company. Along with then HR and Corp Affairs Director, Herni Dian, we decided to launch an interview-style announcement which would be attached to a mass internal email sent by the company. The video was further disseminated via Whatsapp broadcasts internally.

BSS was a success, surpassing the target set by HR by Rp. 3M (USD 187,447), with total sales hitting Rp. 21M (USD 1.32m).
