Super Mom was part of Transmart Jamboree – a year-end nationwide revenue-driven event which includes Joy (Running) and Gowes (Cycling). Hosted in 101 stores nationwide throughout October 2019, Super Mom targeted our core customers – mothers – to partake in events independently hosted at the store level. Stores had freedom to conduct their own events, while we (Head Office) were tasked to set a framework and guide for the stores to adhere to.
In total, 9 videos were created both as a guide for stores and promotional content for customers.
The videos were uploaded onto Transmart Jamboree’s website, as well as our social media channels, TV in stores and Whatsapp groups. Through the videos, sign-ups were encouraged and Super Mom garnered 44,542 participants nationwide. More importantly, in total Super Mom contributed 33% of the full-day sales on the weekends it was hosted in each of the 101 stores.
